AYP and U-Pass results
According to Utah State Law we need to make our AYP and U-Pass results available. AYP is Adequate Yearly Progress as measured by No Child Left Behind (NCLB). I do not have a PDF of our school's U-Pass which is the Utah Performance assessment as measured by the Criterion Referenced Test (CRT). The link that will take us directly to our report card is:

I do not want to draw a lot of attention to the test scores. It tends to divert the attention form the academics to discriminating against students with disabilities. But we do need a small link, it doesn't need to be easy to find or flashy, but this information should be made available to parents. The following explanation, I feel, is important to inform interested parents in an explanation for our low achievement scores.
Unfortunately, due to poor scores we did not meet the state's standard. This is not surprising for a new school. We are a public school that accepts any and all students who wish to come to CSLA and find joy in serving such a diverse student population. It is our goal to do our very best to improve the students' proficiency status. Reality is that there are some students who struggle and these assessments may never accurately portray what they really know. Low achievement scores are dependent on a variety of factors. C. S. Lewis Academy Board, Administration, Faculty and staff will do as much as physically possible to influence what we have power to influence. We will do whatever it takes for the students to find success
